The aim of reflective practice is to uncover fresh insights, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your professional approach. In this workshop, the Research in Practice Team will guide you through the essential components:

• Self-awareness: Reflecting on your strengths, weaknesses, biases, and assumptions.
• Critical analysis: Examining your actions, decisions, and the underlying reasons behind them.
• Continuous learning: Leveraging experiences as opportunities for growth and development.
