Upon arrival, attendees can enter the Guildhall building through the Ground floor Main Entrance and proceed to the Freda Swain Lounge on the first floor by using lift or stairs for registration and coffee
Afterwards the attendees should head to the Lens Studio on Ground floor for the Welcome Address, grounding session, and meditation.
The Lens Studio will also host the Keynote Address, the Closing Address, and the Breakout Room themed “Adapt”.

Next to the Lens Studio is the Quiet Room. Attendees looking to decompress, relax, or escape the overwhelm are welcome to use this space.
The room is designed with low lighting and comfortable seating, offering a tranquil atmosphere for quiet reflection. (Please note: no phone calls are permitted in this space.)

The Freda Lounge on first floor will also serve as the central hub for refreshments throughout the day, including lunch.
Additionally, the Freda Swain Lounge will host a poster display, providing opportunities for networking during designated sessions.

The other breakout sessions will be held on the third floor:
Meeting Room 1
3rd Floor
The “Evolve” breakout session will take place in Meeting Room 1.
Meeting Room 2
3rd Floor
The “Innovate” breakout session will take place in Meeting Room 2.
After the second breakout session concludes, all attendees should regroup in the Lens Studio for the Closing Speech.
The day will conclude with a networking and poster session back in the Freda Swain Lounge.
